Terms of Use

Effective date: 27 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Photo2File (the "app"). By using the app, you agree to them. The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms differ from that agreement, Apple's agreement applies.

Using the app

Photo2File copies photos and videos from your photo library into folders you choose. If you ask it to, it can also remove the originals from your library. You must have the right to copy, move and delete any content you use the app with.

Your content

Your photos, videos and folders remain yours. The developer never receives your content and has no access to it. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Backups and deleting originals

Before you remove originals, make sure that the copies are where you expect them to be. The app checks copies before offering to remove originals, but storage providers, external drives and network conditions are outside the app's control. You are responsible for keeping backups of important content. Deleted originals stay in Recently Deleted in the Photos app for a limited time, as iOS allows.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss of data or content, or for any other damage, that results from using the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you continue to use the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
